Return & Exchange Policy

Crowdless does not accept returns nor exchanges on items sold through the Online Store. However, we do accept returns if you receive an incorrect or defective item. Refund of incorrect or defective items will done through the original payment method.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
