  • All data is retained only for as long as it is legally required to be kept and for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or transferred, in accordance with CROWDLESS’s Retention Schedule.
  • Should CROWDLESS suffer a breach, it would implement its Incident and Breach Response Plan, including notification to Data Protection Authorities, individuals and/or Crowdless’s clients, as applicable, without undue delay.
